Payment issues

PayFast not working:

• Check credentials in Settings → Payments

• Ensure you're not in test mode for live transactions

• Check PayFast dashboard for error logs

EFT payment not confirmed:

• Staff must manually confirm EFT payments in the order detail

• Verify the payment in your bank account first
